  • I HATE this company!!!!!!! They're the worst ever. I'm sick to death of their super high rates and the bullshit games that they play with people. We've gotten shut off notices a week before our bill is even due! We ALWAYS pay on time! They have threatened us with late fees and an extra high deposit for no reason! I'm tired of fighting with them! It's a b**** trying to get anyone on the phone! They don't care about anyone!!!! We are planning to move as soon as we can and are purposely going to buy a place that APS does not service. They're a real life nightmare and have made our lives a living hell!!!!!!!
