  • After calling around to find an appliance repair store that could come out to re-install our built in refrigerator we came across Rom and so glad we did! He answered, wouldn't charge a trip fee AND was able to resolve our issue during his first visit, versus scheduling to come back - which we find often happens. He was quick, polite, respectful and offered a great price!! A huge savings over other companies we spoke with. And he was sure to make sure I was satisfied before he left. And cleaned up after himself, even poLished our refrigerator before he left. I would highly recommend Rom for your appliance needs.
