  • My wife and I walked in there with no intent to purchase any furniture. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Not too busy the first time we walked in. The second time, they were slightly busier and they were the same ole helpful and nice people. Eventually, we picked out a couch, ottamon, dresser and a table. We signed all the paperwork and paid for everything in full. I get a call a few days later saying the table we wanted is no longer being made and if we wanted the floor model. I called back and Daniel was not available so I asked the girl who answered the phone if we could get a discount on the floor model since, it is the floor model after all. She said she would have Daniel find out and call me. I never got a return phone call. 5 weeks later, we still don't have our furniture nor had I ever gotten a call back. We had originally asked for them to call us when the dresser came in so we could pick it up, that call never came. I called Daniel and asked if it was in and it was, I also asked about the discount on the table and he said he would, again, ask his boss and call me back, he never called back. I had also told him I would go pick up the dresser. When I get there, THE FIRST THING I NOTICE, is he is walking with the boss man talking to him, yet never bothered to return my call not to mention as it turns out they ordered the wrong dresser. It's now 2/28/2011, we ordered and paid for everything on Saturday 1/22/2011 and should be receiving our furniture Tomorrow 2/29/2011. I called today to verify that it was being delivered on Tuesday and the woman told me I never paid for Delivery and I told her that I paid everything up front including Delivery. It seems, once they get your money, you're just another piece of cattle to them. You become nonexistant and very unimportant on the todem pole. If I were you, stay away from this store and spend an extra couple of bucks somewhere else. It'll save you the time and hassle that you'll deal with at this place.
