  • My mom and I both bank here and we are both fans. Several years ago, this was one of the worst Wells Fargo locations in Phoenix. However, in recent years, there has been a clear and strong attempt by management to make this into a respectable branch. And they have succeeded. Upon entry, you will be greeted by several people who are smiling and ready to help you. Their bank tellers are all sweet, nice, and competent ladies. I've dealt with a lot of them. The branch manager is also a friendly guy, who seems to run a tight ship there. When we made some account changes back in 2014, the guy we dealt with was very smart at explaining everything to us and was very efficient and straight to the point with us. I found the employees at this Wells Fargo to be great overall. Even after a year away, I came back to the same friendliness and competence that is now the new norm at this Wells Fargo location. I'm happy they've gotten better over the years and we will continue to bank with them because of that. 4-stars for this nice bank!
