  • I give one star because the place is nice. But the managers in the office are young and unprofessional. I am going on my third month and we are still experiencing air conditioning issues. After several calls to the office and 4 or 5 visits from their maintenance guy - we are still at square one. I was told to turn on my fans... It's mid summer and hot as heck in Charlotte. I don't think I'm being unreasonable to want my air conditioning to work. I don't get it.. The property manager Stephanie was kind enough to tell me she'd let me out of my lease... So if you are considering renting here.. Don't unpack, if something doesn't work, they tell you to go somewhere else. Ps.. They have a new assistant property manager Celine (don't remember ), she actually told me that they were too busy helping the other 400 tenants and that my issue was not an emergency. Poor poor customer service. We are extremely disappointed. I have attached a pic I took at 3:00am... I don't think I'm asking for much.
