  • I have taken my old man Maxwell here several times. The best most caring drs. Both dr lewis & the lady dr. 1 vet said to remove his eye & she came up w serum drops frm his own blood & saved his eye. Then had tumors removed & allowed him to stay w us til he was 15.He even stayed w us til the end when he crossed the rainbow bridge. I called to get apt for my girl who's not feeling well. Lady on phone not the friendliest nor helpful. Very judgemental when I said she's not spayed. For a reason. Showed up for my apt, just as rude in person. Said I had to get rabies shot b4 Dr would look at her? Ok, no biggie I guess. Get in room, mind u I'm only patient there, see a sign no longer taking Amex or care credit. I had to leave. That's why I have this card is for vet bills. They charge 500- 700 for services, always adds up when it's an issue. Anyhoo, she could care less I couldn't pay cash and had to leave. Yelled at me out the door it's been almost a yr since we stopped taking it! Very disappointed cuz both drs are amazing! When vet bills r so high, kinda silly to say care credit cost them too much money to accept it. Just charge the client an extra $10 to use it & the waiting room wouldn't b empty. Just a suggestion.
