  • My wife needed rehab and so she was admitted to The Palazzo for about 10 days. The staff was nice, although there was a great disparity between the skills of nursing assistants. Her room and the facility were kept very clean. There were no bad smells that I found when checking out other nursing facilities. The Physical therapy department was outstanding and definitely helped shorten my wife's stay. Unfortunately, the food that was served to my wife was usually either undercooked, cold, still partially frozen or poor tasting. I ended up having bring her all of her meals every day.
