Sara is great. She's really good at short, piecey kinda punky hair. I bet she'd be good at long hair too...she is a very good listener. One of the ladies that does massages...I think her name is Eileen...she was very good. She is very knowledgeable and gave a very relaxing experience.
The only thing I didn't like about this place was the front desk. The receptionist that answered the phone has a total attitude problem. When I walked in there was only one person in front of me and three people working at the desk and it took them about 5 minutes to notice and check me in. I thought since at that time I was the only person in line that I would try to help them out and pay for my services before I had them done. No problem. Then when I went to leave some ignorant guy at the front desk, who acted like a wannabe Eminem, shouted that I didn't pay. I walked up to the desk and in a normal tone politely explained to him that I had already paid before I had my services done for the day. After that he said, "Yeah okay whatever sure" like it wasn't a big deal, even though just a minute ago he had made a scene. Also, the receptionists clearly don't know how to handle a schedule because they had over-booked Sara. It clearly wasn't her fault, but I waited about 30 minutes after I have received my massage to get my hair cut when it was supposed to be directly after.
So if you can ignore the lack of intelligence and candor of the front desk, this place is great to get your hair done or a relaxing massage.
