  • This was our first trip to Montreal and heard that we had to have a smoked meat sandwich. Selected the popular Schwartz's and my hubby loved it!! Have to get the Cott black cherry soda and a pickle to complete the meal. Delicious!! There is the restaurant (usually the long line) and the take out right next door. Even though it was a cold rainy day in mid-October there was a line for the restaurant. We hopped next door to the carry out section, got our food quickly and sat at the counter in the back. Highly suggest that when you don't want to wait.
