  • I have been taking my children here since my 20 year old was born. We loved Dr. Chiles and we love Dr. Salek. I even adore the new doctor (although I forget her name, she is the doctor from Romania). But the service and the complete disregard for patients by the front office staff has been absolutely appalling since it became Banner Health. The most recent being when I had an appointment, arrived early (because there is a clear sign that says if I am 15 minutes late, I will be charged $50 and my appt. canceled). there was one person there when I arrived, 4 more came...all 5 people were taken back while I stayed...I mentioned I had an appointment right? When I had the audacity to ask what the problem was, the woman behind the desk, who clearly hates her life, explained to me that there were "a lot" of doctors and no rooms available but I would be made aware when there was one by hearing my son's name...okay honey...keep the condescension at a respectable level, shall we? So, 43 minutes after my scheduled appointment time I was taken back...just so I could wait for 25 more minutes in a different room. I wish I could say this was the first time this has happened. It was not. People don't change doctors or banks because it is a hassle....it is a hassle I will GLADLY take on. People will let you know what you mean to them, you should believe them when they so convincingly tell you, you're not worth anything to them.
