  • I'm sad that I even have to give one star to this worthless company. I have never seen such a blatant example of incompetence in my life. We moved to Huntersville in late October and since then have had to call every single week (14 times and counting) for them to come pick our trash up because they missed it on our designated pickup day. I've verified multiple times that pickup day is on Friday and put the trash out at 6am Friday morning before I head to work. Every Friday when I get home from work, my trash is still sitting there full as can be. We haven't even bothered with recycling, who knows when they'd decide to actually pick that up. I've called, written, and even got the city government involved and it's still the same thing every week. "We apologize for the inconvenience, someone comes and picks it up on Saturday, and I have to call again the next week. How incompetent can you be?!?
