  • NOT RECOMMENDED! I stopped by the Rainbow location on a Monday to find the attendant behind the desk on an (obviously) personal phone call. I became impatient after several minutes and began to walk toward the door...as soon as I touched the door handle the attendant quickly put her call on hold and asked "Can I help you"? I reluctanlty approached the desk and made a grooming appointment for the following Wednesday. When I arrived on Wed they said I had no appointment. After a long argument with the employees they took my dog and said to come back in 2 hours. When I returned the dog hadn't been touched! They tried to get me to bring her back another day! Other people picking up their dogs at the same time seemed to be having simular problems or issues. Beware! The shop seems very unorganized and unprofessional! Read the other reviews on yelp! I wish there was an option for no stars!
