  • I just moved here and i love it. The area around is a little questionable and ghetto however the property is a hidden gem. It looks beyond better than any property around the area and has better security than anyone around as well. Its supper conveniently in front of the light rail, so i can take to campus in Tempe in minutes and i work downtown which it is less than 15 minutes away from. The layouts are gorgeous. I moved into a A1 floor plan with a garage unit and fell in love. With a flat rate for water/sewer/trash with a washer and dryer in the unit is amazing. The only reasons i did not give 5 stars in because i would like to see more upkeep on the grass areas, as well as the the dumpster areas always seem too full and maybe a age limit for the pool area at a certain time, or enforce parents to be there with young kids, its kind of an inconvenience when your trying to relax at the pool. I love where i live other than that its a bonus that the gates are closed everyday when the office closes and security at night. Being a female that lives alone they made me feel beyond welcomed. The staff in the front office are the sweetest welcoming people i have came across in Phoenix. Beyond Happy with my place.
