  • I lived at this apartment for approx. 7 months before moving out. The area is nice, the neighbors were quiet and nice, their biggest downfall is their management. Dale was the one that helped me and he was just terrible. I expected that this place being one of the most expensive was going to have high quality maintenance. I was unpleasantly surprised to find the exact opposite. They cut corners and don't finish jobs. When I moved out their was mold on multiple places on the carpet ( from 2 different floods by the washer ) that they did not thoroughly take care of the issue. After the flood they said they would check back a couple weeks later and then two months after, none of those inspections were done and again had multiple spots of mold throughout the apartment. I would watch out for these things and DO NOT DEAL WITH DALE he is a terrible businessman .... Oh yeah one more story ( if I typed them all out if would be paragraphs of bad stories ) I did my final inspection and the gentlemen that did the inspection with me said everything looked good .... Two weeks later I got a letter in the mail stating over 400 in charges. This place will RIP YOU OFF WHEN YOU MOVE OUT.
