  • Beautiful property, I'm hoping to like it better, but the move - in has not been as smooth as we'd hope'd for. When we signed our lease we were told that a parking spot comes with every unit and for an additional $100 a month we could rent a garage. They also said this garage would be attached to our apartment building so it had to be a certain unit number, NOT TRUE, its actually across the way so anyone of the 2-3 building right by it can utilize it, however they are acting as if they can't rent it out to someone else. Now the office and management is acting like there is absoluley nothing they can do, based off of a mistake one of their employees made and now we are stuck paying that fee for one parking spot and will have to park very far from our apartment. It a new property and parking is already starting to fill up so I'd advise anyone moving in to just be aware of that. On top of that they talk down and make you to feel stupid, again based off of the staff they trained. So frustrating for the first few days, but can only hope it will get better from here
