I would give this store zero stars if I could. This was a horrible experience, not only because I have AT&T and I'm forced to go here because of my grandmother, but because of the way these employees wanted to take advantage of an elderly woman...
We came to get my grandfather the most basic flip phone they offered. She immediately tried to sell my grandmother one whose phone works perfectly fine. Then she was pressuring her to buy a car charger, and other accessories that they have no idea how to use. I mean COME ON, they are old, they rarely leave the house, and then when I spoke up this lady (I would mention her name but I will refrain) immediately copped an an attitude. She got real snippy and rude once I told her we didn't want anything else but the free upgrade.
I won't even start with the greeter who was a stuck up you know what. This only justifies why I have AT&T and how happy I am with their services.
