  • My water dispenser in refrigerator door quit working. Someone did come and fix it. Twice. It quit working a third time. The same guy came again and said that if my fridge door were replaced, this would stop happening. Apparently it wasn't insulating the water tube enough to keep it from freezing. Otherwise he would be coming out regularly to defrost it at $75 a pop. HSA denied it. I asked them how could they do that, the warranty covers my refrigerator, and they said it only covers the motorized parts of it. I told them the door was housing a motorized part and impacting said motorized part's performance. Denied. How they arrive at what gets approved, and what doesn't, I have no idea. But I didn't renew my warranty and I still get calls from them.
