I went here yesterday for my first tattoo. I made an appt a month in advance, sent my artwork, and reviewed Jeff's work online in advance and was happy with his watercolor work and felt good about going to him. When I arrived he seemed a little annoyed and it sounded like he hadn't seen my artwork in advace. He assured me he had and we decided on location and I was all set to go. The process was fine, pain was minimal, and he kinda seemed to warm up a little over the couple hours.
I'm giving 3 stars because I was very specific about the style I was looking for and didn't really get what I wanted. Since it's my first and possibly only tattoo that's a bit of a bummer.
I do love the art but am bummed I spent so much time researching water color tattoo artists to end up with someone who kinda missed the mark on the style.
Also, dealing with Kandi in advance to set up the appt was a bit annoying. Lots of back and forth, a real pain to send a deposit, got our appt time wrong, etc.
