  • Walked in today to get my sons haircut, and they were not accommodating at all. The receptionist/ stylist said that they had "an" appt booked at 2, and couldn't take him, but there were 2 other stylist just standing around. Perhaps one of them could have taken him????? Probably so.... I asked if all 3 of them had spots at 2, she looked confused and said yes. What are the Certainly will not be returning. Ever. No thanks. We have since visited again, because the manager reached out and apologized. Commendable on his part, so we gave it another chance and had a good experience. I appreciate him. Thank you.
