  • This Midas does not even deserve 1 star. I bought a Groupon for the front and rear brakes supposedly worth $298. After trying repeatedly for (2) weeks to schedule an appointment and never once getting a response through their website i called the office to schedule the appointment. The lady that answered the phone was rude, patronizing and extremely unhelpful. When i took my car in for the appointment i was finally able to schedule it took them an hour and a half to then tell me my car supposedly needed new rotors and that it would be an additional $562 on top of the Groupon I had purchased. The Groupon they said didn't cover the front and rear brake replacement as stated in the Groupon description just the pads and i would have to pay additional for the hardware as well as the rotors I supposedly needed all the way around as well. I took my car to different brake company and was told my rotors were fine and just the pads needed to be replaced. When i told the horrible customer service lady at the front desk i was not paying $562 for rotors i did not need it took them 35 minutes to put my tires back on and bring my car out. While waiting at least 2 other customers came in and complained that not only had they not fixed their cars but had made the issues worse and had made the inside of at least one of those vehicles dirty enough to get all over the customers clothes and hands. I will never take my car to this place again and would not recommend it to anyone ever. Their Groupon is a scam to get you in and take you for every penny they think they can. They tried to charge me almost $900 to replace my brake pads.
