  • I hadn't eaten at I Love Sushi is quite a while, so I decided to try it again last night with 3 guests. The environment is quite nice, even kimono-clad wait staff. But, sorry to say, the food quality has really gone down hill. And you do not want to eat sushi that is not excellent. There is too much excellent competition in Henderson and Las Vegas to settle for mediocre. I give it 3 stars only because of the attempt to create a nice Japanese environment, but I won't be going back anytime soon.
