I went to two buffets while I was in Las Vegas, Wynn buffet and Bellagio buffet, and I have to say I liked Bellagio's much better.
Most of the food was flavorless and the crab legs were very watery. The vegetable sushi roll and the italian meats and cheeses were pretty good but for $30 there should be better food.
The one thing about this that's better than the Bellagio buffet are the desserts. The dessert area is huge and has two custom ice cream stations, a custom crepe/waffle station, and tons of sample desserts like creme brulee, pecan
pie and my favorite the tirrimissu. The strong coffee flavor went great with the sweet cake.
The service was also really good. When my brother dropped some whipped cream on the floor two different people stopped what they were doing immediatly and ran to clean it up, unlike the Bellagio where when someone dropped a plate full of food in one of the busiest places it was ingnored.
Overall the Wynn buffet gets 2 stars for the food and 1.5 for the dessert and service.
