  • Boarding is not something that I usually do since my furry baby has separation anxiety. I was seeking a business for boarding that was close to my home just in case anything went wrong. After much thought I selected this one after a neighbor recommended it. I need the boarding service for the day because I am in the process of moving our old residence to the new location. Going to be in and out. It's too hot for puppy to be outdoors and help us! I called prior to coming in and the individual on the other end made me an appointment for drop off. She explained the pricing and the shots that the dog needs prior to her being allowed around other dogs. When I arrived I was greeted by the front counter staff whom was upbeat and friendly. They were very nice to my puppy. I filled out the paperwork and it was really fast and painless. I opted for just the basic boarding, while they do have phenomenal packages they offer here I did not need this. Just basic boarding for a few hours while we moved. When I picked up my dog she was all smiles and tail wags. She was in great condition and free from any scratches. I believe she was well taken care of . The staff here seems compassionate and animal friendly. Later that night when we were all settled at home the puppy did not display any signs of neglect from boarding. I include this tidbit since so many reviews see issues later in the evening when their dogs have gone back to their regular routine. When I need their services again I would not hesitate to drop her off here again.
