  • Every time I walk into this dealership they ignore me. My husband Jeff walks in and all the guys run over to help. The last time I was in I was infuriated. I walked in, the girls behind the counter were having a private conversation and did not acknowledge me. So I stood there waiting. The service writers were sitting and clowning around. I was asked who my service writer was and I was t sure since it was my husband who had dropped off the car. So I was seated in front of a guy. He looked up stuff in the computer without speaking to me. He looked up all the wrong info and handed me a paper from my previous visit-in which he took care of me 2 days prior. I said this is my last visit. He said hmmmm. Who is your service writer. I explained again I didn't know since I'm not the one who dropped off the car. Meanwhile I texted my husband to ask. So I said the guys name and he said well he is right over there. And got up and walked away. The guy I needed was on the phone. So I was forced to stand there and wait for him to get off the phone and listen to his conversation while all the other guys were messing around talking football scores and watching every move I made. It was a horrible and humiliating experience. And now I have sold my 4 year old BMW and WILL NOT BE BACK. NO MATTER WHAT. GREAT JOB GUYS!
