  • After 20 years of wonderful service, we experienced utter disappointment. The self-checkout dispensed to us a counterfeit $20 bill, which was deemed by managers Karen and Belinda, "nothing we can do anything about." So they can give us fake money, feign innocence, and we have absolutely NO recourse. We are out $20. Luckily, Safeway is just as close by and folks are very friendly. Too bad it is more expensive!
