This service department is incompetence stacked on top of incompetence. CRAIG DINKLEMAN is one of the dumbest and inept service advisors I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
You would think a service advisor would have some mechanical skill or know SOMETHING about the product they are servicing,not this guy. DINKLEMAN wouldn't know a screwdriver if you stuck it in his eye,which is something I would love to do! Every time you ask him a question he has to go behind the magic door and ask a technician,if you're lucky he comes back within 10 minutes or so.
So after 2 years of horrible service I figured it was time to complain,I bypassed the moronic service manager MARCO who is obviously way in over his head,looks like a deer in headlights. Not even sure he knows what day it is. I went to ROBERTO FERNANDEZ who claims to be the general manager,don't know how but his incompetence explains the rest of the incompetence at this dump,he is the top of the incompetence chain here!
PLEASE HEED MY ADVICE! I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!
After my horrible experience here I will never deal with any Auto Nation franchise again,they are an absolute joke!
I love my GMC truck but I will certainly be taking it elsewhere for it's remaining services.
I'm not done. I am in the middle of dealing with GM headquarters to investigate this place,these idiots should not be in customer service,unless they are putting salt on my French fries,and I think they would screw that up,lie to you and make excuses!
