  • When I first visited this store, I didn't leave with a good feeling about the staff. Initially, I agreed with some of the lower ranked posts. I have since found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful, and not pushy in the slightest. I returned several times, and now make frequent purchases at the Bike Authority. They are now my go-to shop for Trek branded equipment. They have a good selection of top quality bikes, equipment and accessories. Their prices are on par with competing bike shops, and certain items were actually less expensive than Amazon! Recently, they generously gave me a couple of bike boxes I needed for a cross-country move. I am disappointed that I will not be living in the area any longer, but encourage anyone reading this post to consider visiting this shop.
