  • I tried to call them FIVE times today to arrange for installation of a backup camera on my truck. I automatically get put into a phone tree for which there's no way to avoid. I wanted to talk to a human so the phone tree put me on hold. And I waited, and waited, and waited until I eventually hung up in frustration. 5 TIMES! I guess they don't need my business. Screw them.
