  • My husband and I needed a dog walking company we could trust, after having a bad experience with a different Charlotte company. Beth and Colby not only came to our house to do a meet and greet with us in person, but then made sure we got to meet and share important info with our dog walker. They've been super helpful and flexible along the way, and we are confident that the dog walkers love and take care of our pet. We love the little treats they leave during the holidays, and the daily notes that keep us informed. Any time I'm worried about our Great Dane Hamlet, I can text our dog walker and let her know what's going on. We love how easy and affordable the service is, and on top of that, I completely trust them to have our dog's best interest. The payment methods are super easy too. Our dog walker is Katie, and she is amazing! We love Wags in the City!
