  • The MHM properties guy is the most undiplomatic individual I have ever met. I have lived in an MHM property for an entire year and when you fill out the form for damages they promise to send a technician and they never do, then they take your entire security deposit. Secondly, he promises to be flexible and gives you terms for your apartment that he at a later date will conveniently "forget happened" and then charge you money for your apartment complex that you have already paid for. He tells you the conversation is "over in a minute" and refuses to continue negotiating when he is being difficult. The poorest management that charges for overpriced apartments. The area his properties is in is definitely not worth the price he charges, my friend got mugged in this area and despite being kind and not pressing charges for lack of security (the door was broken and unlocked the entire year) he only wants to charge and take as much money as possible from you and refuses logical deals.
