  • The nails are beautiful but customer service is iffy. I emailed to book a night with my bridesmaids and was told someone would be calling me to confirm appointments and take a deposit. Nobody called me and I only had 2 appointments booked when I called. None of the girls seemed concerned this was for my wedding or tried to squeeze my third bridesmaid in. Seems like the salon is more concerned about making money than their "referral only" clients
