  • I've come to the Peppermill many times over the last 20 years and have always enjoyed the lounge and the restaurant on occasion. Today, I decided I wanted to order some food and go pick it up. I called and the women on the phone (who I assume is a manager, Peggie maybe?) said they won't take the order by phone, I have to come in, order and wait. This is ridiculous. I've never heard of a fast casual restaurant, not willing to take a pickup order by phone. When I told her that it sounds like they don't want my business, she said "sorry." It's not worth loosing guests over doing something that's standard in the industry.
