  • Great hotel, I have never stayed here before. As an elite member I was able to use points. Everything was great until requesting a late check out. I was told no due to maintance. Really! Never in all my years as a Marriott member have I not been allowed a late check out. They also could have let me known at time of Check in that my room was scheduled for this. Very disappointing. Other than that it was nice. I'll give the rating for the hotel 3.5 for this reason only.
