  • Ordered the B.M.O.C.. Found this place via @azfoodie's awesome Insta. The dish was a good balance between sweet and salty; a kicked up version of a ham with the added benefit of bbq grill flavor and smoke. Delicious. Comes atop a beautifully made waffle and apple compote, with two eggs (made your way. Mine were a perfect over medium) on top. They chose a quasi-fast casual dining model, so you pay first and receive your order via server. Ambience is great for foodies, like myself, who enjoy taking photos of everything, and the service was very responsive, efficient and cordial.
