  • I would never recommend your shop to anyone. I Chose your store to have a stereo installed in my wife's car which only had 12000 miles on it at the time I came in and spoke to Jason i asked him about stereos he advised me on which one to buy and to buy one on line and bring it in i was willing to buy it from him he said better deals on line. So i bought a expensive pioneer with nav built i about $800 bucks. I brought a back up camera and all hardware needed. I was insured that your people knew what they were doing. First i dropped it off all day when i arrived it was not finished i asked how long and was quoted a time i said if its going to be longer that's ok i just need to know because i don't want to be late to pick up my wife from work. And guess what.. they made me late to pick up my wife, the worst part, the job still was not done.I payed extra for parts and labor to have my steering wheel controls work and they still after bringing it back 3 times telling me oh it will only take a couple hours to get it done guess what they still don't work. one of the times they kept my wife son and mother in law waiting for 3 hours telling us a just a few more minutes while they tried to figure out what they were doing. Super long story short i payed to have a service done and it was never completed your people told me they didn't know how to do it the last time i was there yet they still took my money. I am not a cheap customer i was willing to pay any amount to get this done i just wanted it done right.Or how about they told me they would custom flush mount my back up camera and they stuck double face tape on it and put it on my trunk lid. I am just so pissed about the customer service and quality of work that was done at your shop .And so you know i am a service manager in the automotive industry here in las vegas i know how i should of been treated and what to expect. I have the ability to install my own stereo i did not know how to hook up all of the steering wheel controls thats what i was willing to pay 400 bucks for and your shop couldn't get it done. I have a lot of customers ask me to refer them to a stereo store here in las vegas the only thing i can tell them is im still looking too. the only reason I'm posting this now is because this company sent me an email asking me to recommend there service to others so i figured I'd let them know how i feel .
