  • The service was horrible. I had to repeat my order several times while in the drive through one after the other with little or no reply before asking for it again. The last time that I repeated it, no one said anything. After waiting a few moments for someone to come back on the intercom, I ended up driving to the window. There I had to again tell them my order of a large iced coffee with blueberry syrup, cream, and sugar, and a medium iced coffee with pumpkin syrup and cream. We also ordered a couple of donuts. It was at that point I realized that they knew very little English. They finally motioned another girl over who typed in my order. Once they handed me the coffees and the bag of food, I saw that they put the wrong donut in there and only gave us one. Ugh.. What gives! I was the only customer in the drive through. After pulling away, my fiancĂ© tasted his drink and needed sugar because it hadn't been added like requested. I parked, ran inside to get sugar, and I was mad at myself for ordering any food from the place - it was filthy. The floors were muddy and grimy, there was no one inside during what is usually a rush at my Dunkin back home, and there was no one in sight. *Sigh*
