  • Worst customer service from a retailer in awhile. First I called the store to see if they had what I needed and after 10 minutes with no answer to the phones I drove down to the store. Once inside I decided to start my journey to find what I needed. After about 30 minutes of going up and down aisles and passing several associates, whom didn't even acknowledge that I was even walking past them, I found what I was looking for. At no point during the time I was there did anyone greet or offer assistance. Very poor on the customer service side and not too mention the long wait in line. If it wasn't for Frys being the only place to carry the item I needed in the valley I wouldn't have gone here nor do I plan on coming back.
