  • My first chance to stay here and it was great. What I really was impressed with was the staff's attentiveness to the guests (ala us). The minute we rolled up to valet, we were told it was complimentary to guests (no charge, just tip the guy getting your car). The room was clean and was always stocked up with towels and extra blankets whenever we asked. The best thing about the Rio also was their FREE shuttles to the other hotels located in the middle of the strip. Every 30 minutes you can catch a shuttle to those hotels or back to the Rio in the designated spots...translation no cabbie fare to pay for since the Rio is a bit off the strip. I would definitely stay here again for sure.
