  • I called this place because of its rave reviews on a different opinion site. I was almost sick with worry that this would turn out to cost me several hundred dollars since the service guy was presented with the entrails of my pathetic old swamp cooler strung all over my yard; a result of my misguided efforts to do my own home maintenance. But that's not what happened at all. The very professional and hardworking young man spent close to two hours working on it, and he even threw in an impromptu "Evap Cooling 101" class while he took care of my many problems, which actually weren't all my own fault for once! I paid the $69 service fee and I was spared any malevolent sales tricks that seem to be so common when an ignorant and powerless homeowner gets herself stuck in such a perilous situation. My house is ice cold and I am ever so grateful. No doubt I will call them again!
