| - I'm reading some of the negative reviews and will agree that this is not the most up-to-date facility, but you can tell that cleanliness is a priority. Besides, if you choose structural newness as your criteria, you'll miss out on the things that make a stay so satisfying. The staff, the hotel amenities, the roominess and the location all played a part in making us thankful we had chosen this motel.
They have an inviting lobby area, a happy hour room - which also becomes a delicious breakfast room, pool, plenty of parking and an easy 2 floor structure. Someone has thought of everything, including the bottles of water available near the front door and an hourly shuttle to the airport. Kai, who works the front desk, bends over backwards to make guests comfortable and Samuel, the front desk manager, does the same behind the scenes.
Usually a hotel - unless a resort - is a forgettable element of travel. The Hotel Tempe/Phoenix InnSuites was an easy accommodation of our Phoenix visit, which allows us to now have a place of choice when in town.
