  • I was promptly greeted with a friendly smile and kind voice when I walked in. I checked in and was seen by the staff in a quick, efficient manner. No long forms of medical history to fill out, just a few questions on demographics. I was never rushed, nor did I feel like a face in the crowd. Dr. Velasco is very friendly, approachable, and she has a great bedside manner. One of the medications she prescribed was available for purchase when I was paying my bill. Very efficient, tidy, and clean office too! I will be returning to her in the future. Highly recommend.
