  • I called the on line service center, and they generated a work order and sent me here. Great service. They fixed two vacuums, a V6 Animal Cordles and a DC65 Animal upright, in less than an hour -- both under warranty. They also replaced parts that were worn but functional. They re-set a seal which I had not put back on correctly for free. I highly recommend this place.
