  • I have been extremely happy with my leasing experience with Element thus far. I flew into town to explore different complexes I had researched online. When I arrived, Halley was very accommodating showing me all models since I hadn't narrowed down a 1 BR vs 2 BR. I loved that the 2 BR's were all newly renovated with wood floors and updated appliances. Etc. They also had a nice gym which was important to me. I loved that it was a smaller community with less traffic in and out. After visiting 7 other complexes that day, I had my heart set on Element. I returned the following day to fill out my application and put down the application/administration fee. After flying back to my current apartment, I received updated correspondence via email and phone calls regarding my move. After getting approved I sent in my deposit and 1st months rent. Everyone was very courteous, professional, and organized. Since moving in it's been nothing but convenient and pleasant. My neighbors even offered to help me move furniture. I am very happy with my choice and would recommend this complex to anyone.
