  • the customer service of the valets was out standing. i am new to vegas and after seeing the "jersey boys", i did not know how to get back home. i was given directions and was treated like a grandmother (which i am). oh! i did get home, with no problem. all of the valet attendants were outstanding, but one was very "special". his name is tae shin, lead valet. outstanding! job well done, at the paris. sorry it has taken me so long, a week later i had emergency surgery for a linking aneurysm. the date was march of 2016 i almost over looked ms. amanda ally, assistant hotel manager. if you have a problem with an employee, she would be the person to see. she takes proud in the paris hotel. and wants you to feel welcome to come back to the paris hotel. (she was very nice to me)
