  • If I could give zero stars I would. My mortgage was sold to this company less than a year ago. I recently closed my escrow account with them because they would never pay my taxes or insurance in full and then when I canceled the escrow account they tried to keep the balance. I had to request the funds to be returned to me 4 times and i still have not recieved them. Whenever you call customer service, nobody knows what they are doing. By far the worst mortgage company I have ever delt with. Update... after 8 calls to rointpoint I still have received my funds... completely pathetic.
