  • Writing this as I am laying in a very comfortable king wishing that 11am wouldn't come. I was very hesitant about staying here since there are so many awful reviews, but I personally had an amazing stay here at the MGM. I arrived Thursday, July 27th and only waited about 15 minutes max to check in. I was worried since it was 1pm and a bit earlier then checkin time, but I was accommodated thanks to Angelita. She was so pleasant, informative and provided great customer service! Otherwise we stayed in the Grand Tower which the grand king did not disappoint (didn't have much of a view on the 25th floor) but nonetheless the room was very clean and comfortable! The pools are nice and accommodate everyone from children, young adults to seniors. I also loved their buffet which was delicious and very satisfying! The location is also prime on the strip! Overall, this whole stay was a win and I can only hope the terrible reviews don't deter you from staying here at least once!
