  • The Auto Center is really terrible. They don't care about their customers. They open late, they are understaffed and can take about 30 min to check you in for service as the first customers of the day. The service writer just made excuses for opening late indicating it wasn't her fault, she just needed to flip a switch on the door. Many customers complained but the manager just indicated that they only have 1 service writer and the manager isn't authorized to assist at the desk. Don't bother coming here, you can get better service at a dealer or Pep Boys for the price you pay.
