  • I normally get Total Rewards Comps here if I cant get PH. PH has the tub which wins me over. I need a hot soak if I'm there for a convention. But other than that, the jubilee tower is nicely upgraded. I remember how horrible it looked around 2005-6 and never wanted to come back. I feel like every room gives you the view of the Eiffel tower. Jubilee rooms are great. The front desk is not so great. Checkin line is loooong...and never enough workers checkin in. There were 2 last weekend. I chose to do use the kiosk to checkin which was a breeze but hated where my room was. But I was tired so I dealt with it. The hallways smelled like smoke all the time altho it was non smoking. It leaked into my room. Their soaps suck and are made in China. I hate them. No cotton balls or qtips either. The room was pretty quiet though and I dont think you get any rowdy crowds here. Ppl seemed a little older. Parking is $15/nt unless youre a platinum tr member or have their cc. Their resort fee is high at $39/nt plus tax even with a comp. Rooms can start at $39/nt on weekdays and start around $120 weekends. Casino is small and mins are normally $10-$15 depending on the time of day for BJ and craps. Around $15 for roulette. Ballys is connected to paris which is nice. Larger casino and more open space and better restauarants like Stk and mon ami gabi.
