  • Horrible customer service!! Whoever is your dispatcher needs a lesson in Customer service!! Called for a tow at 3am. Was promised by Larry that someone would be here soon as shift change was over at 7am by the name of Jacob to pick up my vehicle and take it to the shop. 7:35am no call, no tow truck!!! I call over to Larry's and the dispatcher has every excuse in the book as to why someone is not here, it's his Monday and he doesn't know why the night dispatchers do what they do. Then he says the driver didn't have a ride to work that's why I'm still waiting someone has to go pick him up at 8:15a. Ask him why I wasn't informed sooner when they knew he wasn't coming I had to call. The dispatcher started yelling saying don't take it out on him and I have to cancel this tow cause their not coming you want to talk to Larry call back at 3p and the little girl hung up!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! WHY WOULD YOU HAVE PEOPLE LIKE THIS WORKING??? STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!! Clearly the reviews from the last few months speak volume for this poor establishment!!!
