  • I originally gave Paul 5 star's due to his initial repairs on our vehicle back in May last year. I HATE having to leave a negative review, but I don't want this to happen to others. Come a couple months later (still in warranty according to invoice) the same problem occurred so I sent him texts/calls and left voicemails on the designated number that is available and I've never heard back from him. I'm very disappointed in his lack of professionalism after this because I really did like him and want to keep him in our contacts as our go to guy! We spent over $300 for repairs and he even stated if there was other issues to give him a call. Gave him a call and nothing MONTHS later. Our vehicle'S A/C is no longer in warranty under him and now we have to find somewhere to get our problem fixed AGAIN. Also, to add I found him through YourMechanic and he was the best rated mechanic listed.
